Beginners Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for self-defence!

Suitable for anyone wanting to learn, this session is dedicated to teaching the basic concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to give you an insight into the sort of knowledge that is necessary to feel comfortable in uncomfortable positions, and turn perceived negative positions into dominant and controlling positions.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in its entirety takes a lifetime to ‘master’ but by just learning a few simple concepts you can take the leap into BJJ without feeling intimidated by the ‘martial arts’ environment.
