Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga. The word Hatha literally means “force” and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.
Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Yoga Classes are run on Wednesdays 12.00-13.00 and Fridays 18.00-19.00
