Sam has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade and has dedicated more than six years to coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Lakes BJJ. Passionate about helping people develop confidence, discipline, and technical skill, Sam has guided students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to experienced competitors.
Drawing on years of coaching experience, Sam creates a welcoming and supportive environment where members can learn, progress, and enjoy the journey of martial arts. His patient and knowledgeable approach has helped establish a strong community within the club, making Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu accessible and rewarding for everyone who steps onto the mats.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Andy has dedicated his career to helping people improve their health, fitness, and confidence. Known for his approachable nature and genuine passion for supporting others, Andy has become a well-respected figure within the local community and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
As Director of Phoenix Fitness Kendal, Andy has worked hard to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where members of all ages and abilities feel comfortable pursuing their goals.
