Legs Bums and Tums classes at Phoenix Fitness Kendal are specifically aimed to tone up your… you guessed it ‘Legs, Bum and Tum’!

We don’t dance and prance, (we have no rhythm ourselves) We use proven techniques and exercises that get results.

Classes vary in what we do, some classes will be a circuit based routine, some will be more Aerobic, some more Anaerobic and some will be closer to Core or Strength or Interval training but we can guarantee every class will get you results!

Legs, Bums and Tums Classes are on:

Monday – 18.30-19.15 and Thursday 18.00-18.45

We can also add these training methods into your personal programmes if you would like this also just talk to your Gym instructor during your induction.
