Here at PFK we host a variety of classes each week that are free for all members!

These classes include:

LEGS, BUMS + TUMS – Body weight based exercises targeting your legs, glutes and core, suited to all fitness levels and a good way of getting to know members and build confidence.

HIIT – High intensity interval training is a high paced circuit workout involving body weight exercises and cardio machines, getting your heart rate high and burning calories.

ABS – Full focus on your core! It’s not just about having good looking abs, its about having a stable core which will help you in every walk of life and help prevent injury.

BODY TONING – Gym based exercises to help people learn new exercises and techniques in the gym, this can also be an excellent class for someone who might struggle with feeling confident in a gym and wants to learn the basics.
