High Intensity Training or HIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

The results you get from HIT training are fantastic. We won’t sugar coat it these classes are HARD, but don’t let that put you off. the difference you will see in your Strength and fitness will keep you coming back for more!
HIT classes are run on Monday and Friday mornings at 06.00-06.30 and 07.00-07.30 and Tuesday evenings 18.10-18.45.
